Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• If an event is postponed and does not resume within the scheduled timeframe, all bets on that event will be voided.
• If a connection is lost during live betting, any bets already confirmed at that point will remain valid.

Maximum Bet Limit

Maximum bet limits vary by event and market. Bets exceeding the specified limit will not be accepted. VIP members are eligible for higher limits.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 58 BD. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating or managing multiple accounts
• Registering with a false identity or providing inaccurate information
• Conducting transactions using third-party funds
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or circumvent bonus terms
• Using betting software, bots, or automated systems
• Attempting to hack the platform's system or engaging in any other form of technical manipulation
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources
• Defrauding or threatening other users
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information

58 BD reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

Reasons for Account Suspension

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• Suspicious financial transactions
• Suspected account hack or security breach
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

For permanent closure

Any valid balance in a permanently closed account will be refunded (subject to verification). However, if the account was closed due to prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.

Closed at the user's own request

To close your account, please contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
